Pinigų grąžinimo ir rezervacijos atšaukimo politika (Lietuvių Kalba)

Ši politika taikoma visoms paslaugoms (pabėgimo kambarių, orientacinių žaidimų ir kitoms rezervacijoms), užsakytoms svetainėje nokey.lt.

Rezervacijos atšaukimas ir pinigų grąžinimas

Suprantame, kad planai gali keistis. Siekiame būti lankstūs, tačiau kadangi rezervuojate konkretų laiką, kurio negalime pasiūlyti kitiems klientams, taikome šias atšaukimo sąlygas:

1. Pilnas Pinigų Grąžinimas: Klientas turi teisę atšaukti rezervaciją ir gauti visą (100%) sumokėtą sumą, jei apie atšaukimą praneša el. paštu info@nokey.lt ne vėliau nei prieš 48 valandas iki rezervuoto laiko pradžios.

2. Rezervacijos Perregistravimas: Jei apie atšaukimą pranešama vėliau nei prieš 48 valandas, bet ne vėliau nei prieš 24 valandas iki rezervuoto laiko pradžios, sumokėti pinigai nėra grąžinami. Tačiau suteikiame galimybę vieną kartą perkelti rezervaciją į kitą laisvą laiką per artimiausias 30 dienų.

3. Pinigai Negrąžinami:

   • Jei apie atšaukimą pranešama likus mažiau nei 24 valandoms iki rezervuoto laiko.

   • Jei klientas neatvyksta į rezervuotą laiką ir apie tai iš anksto nepraneša.

Kaip atšaukti rezervaciją

Norėdami atšaukti arba pakeisti savo rezervaciją, privalote informuoti mus aiškiu pareiškimu, išsiųsdami laišką el. paštu info@nokey.lt. Laiške nurodykite savo vardą, pavardę ir rezervacijos detales (datą ir laiką).

Atšaukimas iš paslaugos teikėjo pusės

Jei paslauga negali būti suteikta dėl mūsų (MB „Proto sanatorija“) kaltės (pvz., dėl techninio gedimo), mes įsipareigojame pasiūlyti klientui perkelti rezervaciją į kitą jam patogų laiką arba, klientui pageidaujant, grąžinti visą (100%) sumokėtą sumą.

Pinigų grąžinimo procesas

Teisėti pinigų grąžinimai atliekami ne vėliau kaip per 10 darbo dienų nuo atšaukimo patvirtinimo dienos. Pinigus grąžinsime naudodami tą patį mokėjimo būdą, kurį naudojote atlikdami užsakymą. Jūs nepatirsite jokių mokesčių už tokį grąžinimą.

Dovanų kuponai

Dovanų kuponai į pinigus nekeičiami ir negrąžinami. Su dovanų kuponu atliktai rezervacijai galioja tos pačios atšaukimo taisyklės. Atšaukus rezervaciją laiku, dovanų kuponas vėl tampa aktyvus ir gali būti panaudotas kitą kartą per jo galiojimo laikotarpį.

Refund and Cancellation Policy (English Version)

This policy applies to all services (escape rooms, orientation games, and other bookings) ordered on the nokey.lt website.

Booking Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. We strive to be flexible, but as you are booking a specific time slot that we cannot offer to other customers, the following cancellation terms apply:

1. Full Refund: The customer is entitled to cancel the booking and receive a full (100%) refund if the cancellation is requested by email to info@nokey.lt no later than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time.

2. Rescheduling: If the cancellation is requested less than 48 hours but no later than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time, the payment is non-refundable. However, we offer a one-time opportunity to reschedule the booking to another available time within the next 30 days.

3. No Refund: A refund will not be issued under the following conditions:

   • If the cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

   • If the customer does not show up for the booking without prior notice.

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel or change your booking, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by sending an e-mail to info@nokey.lt. Please include your name, surname, and booking details (date and time) in the email.

Cancellation by the Service Provider

If the service cannot be provided due to our (MB "Proto sanatorija") fault (e.g., technical failure), we commit to offering the customer to reschedule the booking to another convenient time or, upon the customer's request, to refund the full (100%) amount paid.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed no later than 10 business days from the day we confirm the cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Bookings made with a gift voucher are subject to the same cancellation policy. If a booking is cancelled in accordance with the rules, the gift voucher becomes active again and can be used for a future booking within its validity period.
