Paslaugų Teikimo Sąlygos (Lietuvių Kalba)

Šios Paslaugų teikimo sąlygos (toliau – Taisyklės) yra teisiškai privaloma sutartis tarp jūsų (toliau – Klientas) ir paslaugos teikėjo MB „Proto sanatorija“ (įmonės kodas: 307474242, registracijos adresas: Veisiejų g. 26-2, Druskininkai), veikiančio su prekės ženklu „No Key“ (toliau – Paslaugos teikėjas).

Naudodamiesi svetaine nokey.lt ir atlikdami rezervaciją, Jūs patvirtinate, kad susipažinote su šiomis Taisyklėmis ir sutinkate jų laikytis.

1. Bendrosios Nuostatos

1.1. Paslaugos teikėjas teikia pramogų paslaugas, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, pabėgimo kambarių, orientacinių žaidimų ir renginių organizavimo paslaugas (toliau – Paslaugos).
1.2. Visos kainos svetainėje nurodytos eurais (€) su įskaičiuotu PVM.

2. Rezervacijos Tvarka

2.1. Klientas, norėdamas užsakyti Paslaugą, turi pasirinkti norimą Paslaugą, datą, laiką ir žmonių skaičių bei atlikti apmokėjimą Paslaugos teikėjo svetainėje nurodytais būdais.
2.2. Rezervacija laikoma patvirtinta tik gavus apmokėjimą ir Klientui išsiuntus automatinį rezervacijos patvirtinimo laišką nurodytu el. pašto adresu.
2.3. Klientas yra atsakingas už teisingų kontaktinių duomenų (vardo, el. pašto adreso, telefono numerio) pateikimą.

3. Apmokėjimo Sąlygos

3.1. Apmokėjimas už Paslaugas vykdomas per „Paysera LT“, UAB mokėjimų sistemą arba kitais svetainėje nurodytais būdais.
3.2. Pasirinkus apmokėjimą vietoje (jei tokia galimybė suteikiama), Klientas įsipareigoja atsiskaityti grynaisiais pinigais arba kortele prieš suteikiant Paslaugą.

4. Kliento Pareigos ir Atsakomybė

4.1. Atvykimas: Klientas ir jo komanda įsipareigoja atvykti į Paslaugos teikimo vietą (adresu: M. K. Čiurlionio g. 51, Druskininkai) 10-15 minučių prieš rezervuotą laiką instruktažui.
4.2. Vėlavimas: Klientui vėluojant, žaidimo laikas gali būti trumpinamas vėlavimo trukme. Vėluojant daugiau nei 20 minučių, Paslaugos teikėjas turi teisę atšaukti rezervaciją, o sumokėti pinigai negrąžinami.
4.3. Amžiaus apribojimai: Vaikai iki 12 metų amžiaus žaidime gali dalyvauti tik su bent vienu suaugusiu asmeniu.
4.4. Elgesys ir saugumas:
a) Griežtai draudžiama dalyvauti žaidime apsvaigus nuo alkoholio, narkotinių ar psichotropinių medžiagų. Paslaugos teikėjas turi teisę neįleisti neblaivių ar netinkamai besielgiančių asmenų, o pinigai už rezervaciją negrąžinami.
b) Žaidimo metu draudžiama naudoti fizinę jėgą prieš inventorių, laužyti ar gadinti daiktus.
c) Klientas prisiima pilną materialinę atsakomybę už dėl jo ar jo komandos narių kaltės sugadintą inventorių.
d) Klientas įsipareigoja laikytis visų Paslaugos teikėjo darbuotojo pateiktų instrukcijų ir saugumo taisyklių.

5. Paslaugos Teikėjo Teisės ir Pareigos

5.1. Paslaugos teikėjas įsipareigoja suteikti kokybišką Paslaugą Kliento rezervuotu laiku.
5.2. Paslaugos teikėjas turi teisę nutraukti žaidimą anksčiau laiko, jei Klientas ar jo komandos nariai nesilaiko šių Taisyklių, elgiasi agresyviai ar kelia pavojų sau ar kitiems. Tokiu atveju pinigai už Paslaugą negrąžinami.
5.3. Dėl nenumatytų techninių kliūčių ar kitų svarbių priežasčių Paslaugos teikėjas turi teisę atšaukti rezervaciją, apie tai nedelsiant informavęs Klientą ir grąžindamas visą sumokėtą sumą arba pasiūlydamas kitą laiką.

6. Rezervacijos Atšaukimas ir Pinigų Grąžinimas

6.1. Rezervacijos atšaukimo ir pinigų grąžinimo sąlygos yra detalizuotos atskirame dokumente – „Pinigų Grąžinimo ir Rezervacijos Atšaukimo Politika“.

7. Baigiamosios Nuostatos

7.1. Visi ginčai, kylantys iš šių Taisyklių, sprendžiami derybų keliu. Nepavykus susitarti, ginčai sprendžiami Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymų nustatyta tvarka.
7.2. Paslaugos teikėjas pasilieka teisę bet kada keisti šias Taisykles, apie tai iš anksto nepranešęs. Naujausia Taisyklių versija visada skelbiama svetainėje nokey.lt.

Terms and Conditions (English Version)

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter – the "Customer") and the service provider MB "Proto sanatorija" (company code: 307474242, registered address: Veisiejų g. 26-2, Druskininkai), operating under the brand name "No Key" (hereinafter – the "Service Provider").

By using the website nokey.lt and making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Service Provider offers entertainment services, including but not limited to escape rooms, orientation games, and event organization services (hereinafter – the "Services").
1.2. All prices on the website are indicated in Euros (€) and include VAT.

2. Booking Procedure

2.1. To book a Service, the Customer must select the desired Service, date, time, and number of participants, and make the payment using the methods specified on the Service Provider's website.
2.2. A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment is received and an automatic booking confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
2.3. The Customer is responsible for providing correct contact information (name, email address, phone number).

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payment for the Services is processed through the "Paysera LT", UAB payment system or other methods specified on the website.
3.2. If the option to "pay on-site" is available and chosen, the Customer agrees to pay in cash or by card before the Service is provided.

4. Customer’s Obligations and Liability

4.1. Arrival: The Customer and their team agree to arrive at the Service location (address: M. K. Čiurlionio g. 51, Druskininkai) 10-15 minutes before the booked time for a briefing.
4.2. Lateness: If the Customer is late, the game time may be shortened by the amount of time they are late. If the delay exceeds 20 minutes, the Service Provider has the right to cancel the booking, and the payment will not be refunded.
4.3. Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 12 may participate in the game only when accompanied by at least one adult.
4.4. Behavior and Safety:
a) It is strictly forbidden to participate in the game under the influence of alcohol, narcotic, or psychotropic substances. The Service Provider has the right to refuse entry to intoxicated or improperly behaving individuals, and the booking fee will not be refunded.
b) The use of physical force against the inventory, breaking, or damaging items during the game is prohibited.
c) The Customer assumes full financial liability for any inventory damaged due to their or their team members' fault.
d) The Customer agrees to follow all instructions and safety rules provided by the Service Provider's staff.

5. Service Provider’s Rights and Obligations

5.1. The Service Provider commits to providing a high-quality Service at the time booked by the Customer.
5.2. The Service Provider has the right to terminate the game prematurely if the Customer or their team members do not comply with these Terms, behave aggressively, or pose a danger to themselves or others. In such a case, the fee for the Service is non-refundable.
5.3. In the event of unforeseen technical issues or other important reasons, the Service Provider has the right to cancel a booking, immediately notifying the Customer and refunding the full amount paid or offering an alternative time.

6. Booking Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. The terms for booking cancellation and refunds are detailed in a separate document – the "Refund and Cancellation Policy".

7. Final Provisions

7.1. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be published on the website nokey.lt.
